Suggestion/Change: Add rule: "No Vehicle-Baseraping"

Why you feel it would be a good idea to implement: because it's annoying to get in a vehicle only to find out there's an enemy vehicle behind you and you get shot down instantly. it can't be compared to regular baserape, your team can be winning and the enemy can still vehicle-baserape.

What do you mean exactly by "vehicle baserape?" You mean like, if an enemy tank is just chilling in a game of a rush and killing people? It's still base rape and it's still allowed. Teams that do this usually lose anyway because they dont have enough people defending their MCOMs.

only air vehicles, like the helicopters and jets, when you're trying to take off and already have someone shooting at you. like if they wait for a certain vehicle to spawn and then just shoot the shit out of it..

I don't understand why this wouldn't be allowed, it rarely happens.

Bad pilot is bad

The only criticism I have is that metro is on the list of maps, but I guess everyone hates a specific one

I'm a fan of metro conquest, it's really fast paced for regular CQ. And that's true.
